Pentagon Motor Group is looking for a Service Consultant to join the busy Runcorn service team. You will deliver exceptional aftersales service, manage bookings, and liaise between customers and the workshop to ensure a seamless service experience.
The role requires outstanding customer service, effective communication, and a calm, professional approach in a fast-paced environment. Working hours are Mon-Fri 08:00–18:00 with 1 in 3 Saturdays 08:00–13:00, based at our Runcorn site.
