This is a fundamental fundraising role. You'll be at the heart of generating vital, long-term income that allows our charity partners to continue their critical work and your performance will have a direct and measurable impact from day one.

Your Mission

  • Engaging the public at high-footfall venues including shopping centres, private sites and events across Leeds and the region.
  • Securing regular, ongoing contributions by signing supporters up to Regular Giving programmes.
  • Building genuine rapport quickly, representing our charity partners with professionalism and passion.
  • Working as part of a supportive, high-energy team to meet and exceed fundraising targets.
  • Managing your own pitch and materials with pride in your professional presentation.

Are You the Pentagon HQ Fundraiser We're Looking For?

No prior fundraising experience needed; we provide full training. The ideal candidate is:

  • A brilliant communicator who loves talking to people.
  • Resilient and positive; you handle rejection and come back stronger.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Reliable, punctual and professional.
  • Based in or around Leeds.
