Main Purpose of the Role & Key Responsibilities
- To ensure all vehicles meet quality standards before delivery to clients, maintaining customer satisfaction and company reputation.
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles prior to delivery.
- Verify vehicle condition, functionality, and compliance with specifications.
- Identify and document any defects or issues, coordinating repairs or adjustments as needed.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of quality checks to meet delivery schedules.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections and quality assurance processes.
- Collaborate with Fulfilment colleagues to resolve any quality concerns.
- Continuously monitor and improve inspection procedures to uphold high standards of quality.
Key Performance Objectives
- Ensure 100% of vehicles pass quality inspection before delivery.
- Maintain a high accuracy rate in identifying defects and issues.
- Achieve timely completion of vehicle inspections to meet delivery schedules.
- Reduce the number of delivery rejections due to quality issues.
- Maintain detailed and accurate inspection records in accordance with company standards.
- Collaborate effectively with Fulfilment colleagues to resolve quality concerns promptly.
- Continuously improve inspection procedures and standards to enhance overall quality assurance.
Other Duties
- Perform any additional tasks reasonably required by senior managers that align with the business goals and fall within your capability.
The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 08:00am - 16:30pm.
The successful candidate must have:
- A full, UK driving license (Manual).
- Excellent organisational skills and great attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A friendly and polite manner.
- A positive can-do attitude and team player mentality.
- An awareness of the importance of Health and Safety procedures and policies.
