Our Aftersales department are currently on the lookout for a new Workshop Controller!

What Will You Be Doing?
Responsibilities of the role include;
- Overseeing the team of Technicians
- organising Technicians’ workloads & daily Workshop tasks
- Actively promoting productivity and high standards of quality of work
- Liaising with customers
- Ensuring the highest level of efficiency and understanding of customer requirements
- Ensuring set deadlines are met
- Effectively communicating with other dealership departments
- Complying with company and Brand standards
- Being accurate and precise with all administration
- To work in a manner that maximises departmental profits
- The working hours for this position are Monday to Friday, 08:30am – 17:00

- Have previous Aftersales experience
- Display effective supervisory skills
- Show excellent communication & organisational skills
- Demonstrate a flexible approach to business needs
- Have a willingness to learn and develop

- Strong coaching skills
- Possess a great team player mentality
- Have a full UK, driving licence
