Overview
Pentagon Motor Group has an exciting and rare new career opportunity for a Sales Consultant to join the team at our Sheffield dealership.
Responsibilities
- Talk to people, build genuine rapport, identify customer needs, and convert opportunities into sales.
- Meet sales volume targets and maximise profit opportunities with each sale.
- Exceed customer satisfaction targets and promote long-term profitability for the dealership and group.
- Telephone prospect new and existing customers.
- Promote and sell additional items such as GAP, paint protection, service plans and warranties.
- Keep up to date with current finance options, regulations and legislation to provide all available options to customers.
- What you’ll be doing
Our passionate sales team at our Sheffield dealership are looking for a new team member with a passion for providing exceptional levels of customer service.
This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first.
- Take the time to talk to people and build genuine rapport to identify customer needs and turn opportunities into business.
- Maintain customer service excellence and a first-class buying experience.
- Work 5 days per week as per the sales rota, including weekend rotation.
- Who we’re looking for
- Motor trade sales experience and experience in a target-driven retail sales environment.
- Exceptional customer service and strong, effective communication skills.
- Excellent rapport-building, motivation and drive to exceed targets.
- Knowledge of IT systems including Microsoft Office; full UK driving licence.
- Previous motor industry sales experience is an advantage but not essential; full training and development from Day 1.
- The successful applicant agrees to DBS disclosure procedures; employment is subject to a satisfactory DBS check.
