Pentagon Motor Group have an exciting new career opportunity available right now! We are currently looking to recruit a dynamic people person to work from our busy Derby based Parts Hub as a Parts Sales Representative.

What will you be doing?

As a Parts Sales Representative with Pentagon Motor Group, you will be accountable for developing and increasing the number of customers through active portals and CRM systems. You will also be:

  • Working alongside a busy parts team, ensuring that our customers are well informed and given the highest level of customer service
  • Managing key accounts and creating business plans and call cycles.
  • Creating Marketing to assist in growing the business.
  • Producing accurate stock inventory, whilst delivering benchmark stock turn and daily operational controls for parts returns
  • Action all invoice queries within 48 hours and resolving all debt issues with the accounting team
  • Encouraging customer loyalty, using all sales tools to achieve maximum sales, growth and margins.

The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 08:30am - 17:00pm.

Who are we looking for?

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a Sales environment.
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills.
  • The ability to build and maintain strong working relationships and create excellent rapport with customers.
  • Strong self motivation and a good use of initiative.
  • An ability to think outside the box.
  • Drive and determination.
  • Excellent attention to detail.

Previous experience within a motor trade parts sales position would be advantageous.
