Our Nottingham dealership has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Paint Technician to join their great Bodyshop team!

Main responsibilities for the role include:

  • Ensuring the best quality painting, repair and finishing of motor vehicles of all types to develop and retain customer satisfaction.
  • Carrying out work in a safe, methodical and economical manner.
  • Using the knowledge and skills that you have developed, to restore all customers' vehicles to Pentagon Group standards and customer expectations.
  • Attaining and working within manufacturers' agreed estimated repair times.
  • Safeguarding customer vehicles while being repaired.
  • Minimising wastage of all parts, paints and materials and in particular, the economical use of the paint-mixing scheme.
  • Enhancing the reputation of Pentagon Group at every opportunity when interacting with others.

The working hours for this role are Monday - Friday, 08:30am - 16.30pm.

The successful candidate will have:

  • An NVQ L3 Qualification or equivalent.
  • Previous Automotive Bodyshop experience (3 years +).
  • Experience using water based paints.
  • A positive can-do attitude.
  • The ability to produce work to a very high standard.
  • A team player mentality.
  • An awareness of Health and Safety procedures/policies.
