What will you be doing?

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing all Pentagon customers with a level of service that will achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction, retention and loyalty.
  • Taking the time to talk to customers via inbound calls and building genuine rapport by truly listening to their needs and supporting them with the products and services that are right for them.
  • Estimating and invoicing costs to customers.
  • To handle outgoing follow up calls, emails and other digital leads using the correct procedure in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Working and communicating with other Parts departments within the business.
  • Assisting with promotions, events and marketing initiatives to increase sales of incremental products.

The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:00pm. This is a Temporary / Casual position.

  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • An ability to build rapport and establish and maintain good working relationships.
  • Strong and effective communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Confidence with both inbound and outbound sales calls.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to their workload.
  • Endless drive and self motivation.
