Our Lincoln based Parts Department have an amazing new opportunity to join their team! The Parts Department are currently looking for an Advisor to assist them in continuing the successful drive forward of this busy, fast paced department!

Responsibilities

  • Processing Parts orders, advices and returns and entering them into the relevant systems.
  • Calculating charges for all parts and ensuring the accuracy of the charges along with collecting and accounting for payments to the Retail Facility.
  • Computing invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Liaising with Manufacturers over back orders, parts returns etc.
  • Performing checks on daily stock orders received, acknowledgements for next day delivery and back orders.
  • Locating parts from stock in other retail facilities.
  • Ensuring warranty related items are kept securely and related paperwork is submitted accurately and in a timely manner to the Manufacturer.
  • Handling queries on the progress of parts deliveries.

The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 08:30am to 17:00pm.
