Experienced Vehicle Technician – Light Commercial Vehicles 4-Day Week | Glasgow | Pentagon Motor Group

Pentagon Motor Group is looking for a skilled Technician to join our growing Glasgow Aftersales Team, working across cars and light commercial vehicles.

Whether you’re from a franchised dealership, commercial vehicle workshop or independent garage, if you take pride in delivering quality workmanship, we’d love to hear from you.

  • What You’ll Be Doing
  • Servicing, maintaining and repairing cars and light commercial vehicles
  • Carrying out basic diagnostics and fault finding
  • Completing vehicle health checks
  • Working to manufacturer standards
  • Ensuring vehicles are safe, roadworthy and ready for customers
  • Delivering high-quality workmanship as part of a supportive team
  • What We’re Looking For
  • Level 3 NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent
  • 3+ years’ workshop experience
  • Experience with commercial vehicles/vans and/or passenger vehicles
  • Basic diagnostic experience
  • MOT Licence desirable, but not essential
  • Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 points)
  • A positive, team-focused attitude and pride in your work
  • Commercial vehicle experience is highly desirable, but we’re also keen to hear from experienced Technicians looking to develop their skills in this area.
