As a Fleet Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for booking and coordinating deliveries for the fleet sales team. Your role will involve providing internal support to the business development managers, managing and scheduling vehicle deliveries to ensure timely and efficient service, and handling customer delivery enquiries while coordinating with various departments to resolve any issues. You will maintain accurate records of delivery schedules and customer interactions, ensuring all deliveries meet customer expectations and company standards.
You will:
- Provide back-end support to Business Development Managers and Fleet Account executives.
- Book vehicle (Cars and LCV’s) deliveries for our key accounts.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and customers via phone and email.
- Consistently meet Lease Co SLA’s and other customer-agreed KPI’s.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure correct paperwork is managed from delivery booking to delivered.
- Monitor and manage internal processes related to fleet accounts.
- Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and overall company growth.
- Populate internal and external smartsheet with updates and data.
- Deal efficiently with customer requests and queries to ensure total customer satisfaction, within agreed SLA’s in terms of timescale.
- Prepare reports on account activities and performance.
- Manage vehicle sales debt by ensuring correct vehicle delivery packs (invoices, RAVS and PODs) to relevant systems for payment.
This position is an office based, 5 days working week Monday-Friday.
You will need to have:
- Exceptional Customer Service skills.
- Strong and effective communication skills.
- Brilliant rapport building skills.
- Motivation and drive.
- An enthusiasm and passion for exceeding targets.
- Knowledge of IT Systems including Microsoft Office.
- A full, UK driving licence (preferred).
