Level 3 Ericsson RAN Support Engineers to join a world-leading technology organization.

This is a remote role .

Role Overview

As an Level 3 Ericsson RAN Support Engineer, you will provide advanced support, troubleshooting, and optimization for Ericsson RAN systems.

You will act as the senior escalation point for critical issues, working closely with customer operations teams to ensure stable, high-performing mobile networks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 3 support for Ericsson RAN systems (2G/3G/4G), resolving complex technical issues.
  • Perform detailed troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and permanent problem resolution.
  • Conduct network performance analysis, identifying degradation and recommending corrective actions.
  • Support integration, configuration audits, and validation testing in customer environments.
  • Collaborate with customer engineering and operations teams.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor for customers, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Experience

  • Minimum 10 years’ hands-on experience in
  • Ericsson RAN Technologies

Technical Skills

  • Deep knowledge of RAN (2G, 3G, 4G).
  • Proven expertise in troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of KPI analysis, network audits, and parameter optimization.
