We are currently looking for a People Science Consultant to work remotely with our biggest global customer in the UK.
In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior HR and business leaders, helping customers design effective listening strategies, interpret employee feedback, and drive organisational change through actionable insights.
The ideal candidate will have a background in any of the below:
- Organisational Psychology
- Employee Experience Consulting
- People Analytics
- HR Transformation
- Organisational Development
- Change Management
Preferred Experience
- Experience in leading employee listening or engagement programmes
- Experience advising C- Suite such as CEO, CHROs and senior HR leaders
- Experience facilitating executive workshops
- Experience presenting insights and recommendations to executive audiences
- Experience connecting employee experience outcomes to business outcomes
