Penta is seeking an experienced Dell Systems/Infrastructure Enginee r to join the team onsite in the UK Data Cent re to support with installing and maintaining Dell Firewall and Storage Servers .
The Engineer should have experience in server installation, with the following servers:
SMPP Firewall Servers
- CPU - Intel Xeon Gold 6248R (24 cores, 3.0GHz)
- RAM - 128GB DDR4 ECC
- Network - Management: 1Gbps Ethernet (Dedicated), Service: 10Gbps Ethernet (SMPP Protocol Traffic), iLO/IPMI: 1Gbps Ethernet (Out-of-band management)
Storage Servers
- CPU - Intel Xeon Silver 4214R (12 cores, 2.4GHz)
- RAM - 128GB DDR4 ECC
- Storage - OS: 2x 480GB SSD RAID-1, Data: 12x 14TB HDD RAID-6 (140TB usable), Cache: 2x 1.92TB NVMe SSD, Hardware RAID with BBU cache
- Network - Management: 1Gbps Ethernet, Service: 10Gbps Ethernet Bonded (CDR, Logs, DLR DB), iLO/IPMI: 1Gbps Ethernet
