Vendor Delivery Manager
Penta Consulting is a technology service provider and leading outsourced partner helping to deliver professional and managed solutions across EMEA.
We are currently looking for Graduate level Cisco Technicians based in Berkshire, UK. This position is suitable for technical graduates with a passion to learn and develop within a global technology company.
Excellent training and progression provided for those with the correct attributes and willingness to learn and progress.
Cisco certifications including CCNA/CCNP or currently working towards them would be highly desirable.
Passion for infrastructure technology, and a can‑do attitude is essential along with excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Interpret diagrams/spreadsheets provided by other internal teams to clarify project objectives.
- Scope hardware availability.
- Regular communication (email, internal tools and voice/video calls) with project teams to provide status updates and request any needed clarification.
- Physical rack & stack of equipment.
- Cabling and initial configuration of hardware.
- Low‑level troubleshooting: re‑imaging devices, memory configuration, password recovery, etc.
- Receiving hardware deliveries.
- Adding/tagging new devices and adding to inventory databases.
