Data Integrity & Governance
- Conduct scheduled data quality checks within Mercury CRM, including mandatory field validation.
- Log and escalate data integrity risks to the Senior Business Analyst.
Mercury CRM Workflow Compliance
- Monitor user adherence to workflows across Sales, Care, Operations, and Compliance in line with Mercury playbook.
- Maintain compliance dashboards and provide weekly summaries of key findings.
Own the operational data inputs for departmental dashboards, including:
- Business performance (Frequency)
- Trend analysis
- Compliance tasks
- Report on company performance
- Identifying deficiencies within the database and the CRM systems.
Coordinate between frontline systems (Mercury CRM, Business Central) and downstream models (Power BI).
Track, document, and communicate system issues or enhancements for BI and Mercury development teams.
Maintain all process documentation related to reporting, data controls, and audit routines.
Create clear summaries of issues, resolutions, and schema or field changes.
Qualifications
- Strong background in operational reporting, data quality, or business operations.
- Experience working with CRM or ERP systems (Mercury CRM or Business Central advantageous).
- Competent in Excel; familiarity with Power BI preferred.
- Analytical thinking - ability to identify inconsistencies, anomalies, and patterns in data.
- Cross-functional coordination - collaborates effectively across Sales, Delivery, Finance, and Compliance.
- High data quality in Mercury CRM and departmental submissions.
