Department: Professional and Managed Solutions - Enterprise Account
Location: Epsom Town Centre (on-site)
Purpose: This entry level role is designed for recent graduates looking to begin a career in administration, operations, or business support. As a Graduate Administration Coordinator, you will assist in the smooth running of administrative functions across the Microsoft Global Service Delivery team. You’ll support Account Management and Service Delivery teams, help implement policies, coordinate resources, and contribute to organisational efficiency. This role offers hands on experience, structured development, and the opportunity to grow into more senior administrative or operational positions.
Responsibilities: You will support the wider team by assisting with:
- Day to day administrative operational tasks to help maintain an efficient workflow.
- Helping develop and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Supporting the distribution of ‘best practice’ guidelines for contractor and external facing staff care.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and internal communications.
- Monitoring travel spend and ensuring approvals are in place.
- Assisting with budget preparation and monitor administrative expenses.
- Prepare and present reports on administrative activities to senior management.
- Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency.
- Point of contact for external staff care queries.
Experience and Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- No prior professional experience required, but internships, part time roles, or university society responsibilities are beneficial.
- Interest in developing a career in administration, operations, or business support.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
