JOB PURPOSE
This person will play an active role in maintaining the best practices and adherence to our internal playbook.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
This person will be responsible for:
- Data Integrity & Governance
- Conduct scheduled data quality checks within Mercury CRM, including:
- Mandatory field validation
- Vacancies Open for more than 6 months
- Reason code completeness
- Duplicate and inconsistent record checks
- Detection of backdated changes
- Support enforcement of standardised definitions, dropdowns, and workflows across teams.
- Log and escalate data integrity risks to the Senior Business Analyst.
- Mercury CRM Workflow Compliance
- Monitor user adherence to workflows across Sales, Care, Operations, and Compliance in line with Mercury playbook
- Surface issues such as missing paperwork, incorrect placement statuses, and overdue approvals.
- Maintain compliance dashboards and provide weekly summaries of key findings.
- Departmental Reporting Support
- Own the operational data inputs for departmental dashboards, including:
- Business performance (Frequency)
- Trend analysis
- Compliance tasks
- Report on company performance
- Validate accuracy of departmental submissions and ensure alignment with reporting standards.
- Identifying deficiencies within the database and the CRM systems
- Architectural Alignment
- Coordinate between frontline systems (Mercury CRM, Business Central) and downstream models (Power BI).
- Track, document, and communicate system issues or enhancements for BI and Mercury development teams.
- Support change management as reporting logic, rules, or calculations evolve.
- Documentation & Change Control
- Maintain all process documentation related to reporting, data controls, and audit routines.
- Manage version control for reporting logic, definitions, and workflows.
- Create clear summaries of issues, resolutions, and schema or field changes.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong background in operational reporting, data quality, or business operations.
- High attention to detail and accuracy; confident validating complex datasets.
- Experience working with CRM or ERP systems (Mercury CRM or Business Central advantageous).
- Competent in Excel; familiarity with Power BI preferred.
- Ability to manage recurring reporting cycles with precision and consistency.
- Strong communication skills for cross functional collaboration.
