We are seeking a highly skilled VxRail Expert to join our infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing, deploying, and managing Dell EMC VxRail environments, along with a deep understanding of hyper-converged infrastructure (HCI) and VMware technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Dell EMC VxRail solutions
- Manage and support VMware vSphere, vSAN, and related technologies
- Perform system upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management using VxRail Manager
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues across compute, storage, and networking layers
- Monitor system performance and ensure optimal availability and reliability
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver infrastructure projects
- Ensure best practices for security, backup, and disaster recovery are followed
- Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer where required
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven hands-on experience with Dell EMC VxRail
- Strong knowledge of VMware technologies (vSphere, vSAN, ESXi, vCenter)
- Experience with hyper-converged infrastructure (HCI) environments
- Good understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, switching)
- Familiarity with storage technologies and SAN concepts
- Experience with system upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Dell EMC VxRail or related certifications
- VMware certifications (VCP, VCAP, or similar)
- Experience with automation tools or scripting (PowerCLI, Python)
- Knowledge of cloud integration (Azure, AWS, or hybrid cloud environments)
