Penta Consulting are a technology service provider and leading outsourced partner helping to deliver professional and managed solutions across EMEA, North America and LATAM. With over 28 years experience, we are the gold standard when it comes to providing bespoke solutions to Telco organisations globally. We’re expanding our Telco team and looking for Level 3 Technical Support Specialists to remotely support our global telecom clients on Huawei RAN equipment/legacy equipment. You will act as the most senior point of contact to resolve critical issues, working with customer teams to ensure network availability.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing Remote Level 3 Support for Huawei RAN Systems, supporting to resolve critical issues
  • Perform detailed troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA) and problem resolution
  • Collaborate with customer teams globally
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor for customers, ensuring high quality service delivery

What You Bring:

  • At least 10 years of Technical Support experience within Huawei
  • At least 10 years of Technical Support experience working with Huawei RAN Systems
  • Fluency in English - exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in Troubleshooting and working with Telco Operators
