We’re expanding our Telco team and looking for Level 3 Technical Support Specialists to remotely support our global telecom clients' legacy Transmission infrastructure. You will act as the most senior point of contact to resolve critical issues, working with customer teams to ensure network availability.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing Remote Level 3 Support on multivendor legacy Transmission products, supporting to resolve critical issues
- Perform detailed troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA) and problem resolution
- Collaborate with customer teams globally
- Act as a trusted technical advisor for customers, ensuring high quality service delivery
What You Bring
- At least 10 years of Technical Support experience with specific vendors
- Fluency in English - exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in Troubleshooting and working with Telco Operators
