The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.The ideal candidate will possess excellent stakeholder management skills, strong organisational abilities, and a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams within fast-paced environments.## Key Responsibilities* Lead end-to-end project delivery across business and technology initiatives.* Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.* Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and governance documentation.* Manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.* Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, and third-party vendors to ensure successful project execution.* Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.* Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and stakeholder workshops.* Track project progress and provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.* Ensure project deliverables meet agreed quality standards and business requirements.* Drive continuous improvement and promote best practices in project management.## Required Skills & Experience* Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering complex projects.* Demonstrable experience managing multiple concurrent projects.* Strong knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches.* Experience managing project budgets and financial reporting.* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.* Strong risk, issue, and dependency management capabilities.* Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams.* Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.* Proficient with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, or similar.## Desirable Experience* Experience delivering IT, Digital Transformation, Data, Cloud, or Software Development projects.* PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.* Experience working within enterprise-level organisations.* Familiarity with vendor and supplier management.## Key Competencies* Leadership* Communication* Stakeholder Management* Planning & Organisation* Decision Making* Problem Solving* Risk Management* Commercial Awareness* Team Collaboration* Attention to DetailShare this job## Apply for **this Position**Or contact our consultant:### Reece
