This includes projects delivery, client account management, resource management and utilization. Proving technical expertise working closely with clients to minimise risks of assets failure. Provide support to bids and proposals working closely with the regional Sales and Marketing teams. Key Responsibilities: Technical Excellence Conduct integrity related analysis such as fitness for service assessments, life extension studies, Direct Assessments and risk assessments. Ability to analyse problems and identify solutions utilising pressure systems and pipelines codes and standards Work with the Centre of Engineering Excellence (CEE) function to ensure technical delivery and development of regional capabilities Be an active member of the Technical Excellence community Project Management Manage projects as per contracted scope within budgeted, manhours and to high quality Manage client relationships to maintain and develop Asset Integrity business Manage consultants to project budget and schedule Ensure Project Performance requirements are met Quality Management Responsible for overall performance with regards to technical quality in accordance with Quality Plan Ensuring Corporate Technical Assurance requirements have been met Provide leadership, recommendations and drive resolution of technical project related issues Key Relationships: Centre of Engineering Excellence (CEE) Discipline colleagues within other offices Project controls/planning team Proposals and Sales team Client Interfacing Financial Dimensions: Identification of manhours requirements for bids and proposal, as well as supporting pricing of bids Identification of variation scope on existing projects to generate additional business Ensuring completion of weekly timesheets & approval by deadline Knowledge / Experience (Skills): Minimum 10 years of consulting Onshore Oil & Gas Integrity Experience Demonstrate commercial awareness Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to present at international conferences and to clients as well as ability to chair workshops Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in in Mechanical, Materials or similar engineering discipline Chartered membership of an appropriate institution is desirable If you have the skills and are interested to apply, please click the link https://careers.penspen.com/vacancy/senior-engineer—mechanical—ffs-564366.html #J-18808-Ljbffr
