About the Role: Finance Administrator – 12 month fixed term contract at the PPF Croydon office, hybrid working.

Location: Croydon office, just across the road from East Croydon station; hybrid working.

Responsibilities:

  • Process financial information, payments, supplier invoices, finance post, remittances, reconciliations, mailbox monitoring and record management.
  • Ensure transactions and documentation are completed accurately and on time, supporting strong financial control, good governance and a high-quality service for internal colleagues and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a finance or accounts administration environment, managing high volumes of transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and comfortable using document management and ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.
  • Sound understanding of basic finance administration processes and ability to handle confidential and sensitive financial information appropriately.
  • Highly organized, detail-focused, methodical, meets deadlines and able to manage routine processes independently.
  • Clear and professional communicator, able to build positive working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
