Executive Assistant to CEO (EA to CEO)
Predominantly based in our Croydon office, with travel to our Cannon Street, London as required.

We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive, and collaborative Executive Assistant (EA) to join the CEO Office in a pivotal role supporting both the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief of Staff. This is a unique opportunity to operate at the heart of the organisation, ensuring time and priorities are managed effectively and aligned with strategic goals.
As the first point of contact for the CEO Office, you’ll embody a welcoming, high-performing, and solutions-focused environment. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Diary Management: Take full ownership of complex scheduling for the CEO and Chief of Staff, coordinating across teams to ensure time is prioritised in line with organisational goals.
- Inbox Management: Triage the CEO Office inbox, draft responses, route communications appropriately, and maintain accurate records and filing systems. Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
- Travel Coordination: Plan and manage UK and international travel, including visas, logistics, and hospitality, ensuring all engagements and visits are delivered to a high standard.
- Operational Support: Process expenses, track budgets, manage subscriptions, and maintain the CEO Office SharePoint structure.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with the CEO Office, Communications, and Stakeholder teams to support briefing processes and engagement planning.
About You
You’ll bring proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a CEO or C-suite leader in a fast-paced environment. You’re confident managing competing priorities, balancing short‑term tasks with long‑term strategic goals, and building strong, collaborative relationships across all levels.
Exceptional organisational and communication skills
Expert‑level proficiency in Outlook, with strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
A calm, solutions‑focused approach and a keen eye for detail
A genuine belief in the power of teamwork and relationship‑building
