We’re looking for an EUC Support Engineer to join our team. As a critical and senior customer-facing member of the Technology Services function in the Shared Services Directorate, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, testing, deploying and supporting desktop technologies in a distributed, Cloud First environment. The post holder will lead on vulnerability and patch management, building and deploying software packages to workstations, resolving complex IT incidents, fulfilling service requests that range in complexity, delivering technical work packages, automating and optimising support practices, and providing exceptional service delivery and user experiences. We require an individual with significant technical experience in supporting Microsoft and Cloud technologies within a 2nd line / 3rd line (or 2.5 line) role, in a services environment that is customer-service focussed, ideally from a pensions / asset management / investment background. You’ll have experience providing technical support for solutions across PPFs IT products and services portfolio. We expect applicants to be technically proficient in EUC support and maintenance covering Azure, M365, Teams, End Point Manager, PowerShell Scripting, PowerAutomate, Power BI, including Vulnerability, Information Security & Compliance Management, SFTP, 3rd Party Applications , and Diagnostic and Remediation Tools. Having an inquisitive mindset plus experience of mentoring with the ability to knowledge transfer to less experienced colleagues is a plus. Sound like you? Apply now.
