We’re looking for a Credit Risk Manager to join our 2nd Line of Defence function that is responsible for the design, development and implementation of an independent credit risk framework. The Credit Risk Manager’s role is to support the underwriting process and day-to-day counterparty credit risk management of a portfolio of vanilla and complex lending transactions, providing independent credit risk opinions and rating recommendations to rating/investment committees, senior risk officers, and front office management.

Our ideal applicant will have extensive experience in Credit Risk Management, at a large financial institution or rating agency, with a focus on Corporate Credit risk and/or Structured Finance. They will be able to demonstrate experience in drafting Credit Risk reports for presentation at Rating Committees. Interpersonal skills are essential for this role, including effective relationship management, delivering a successful business partnering approach, and strong communication skills, with the ability to interpret complex information to a varied audience.
