Qualifications
Proven track record in a 2nd line support role.
Experience in a professional services environment (financial services preferred).
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to communicate technical and non‑technical information clearly.
Strong problem‑solving skills.
High level of knowledge in Microsoft 365 and its applications.
Solid experience in incident management, fault diagnosis, and resolution.
ITIL Service Management qualification or experience in ITIL‑aligned practices highly desirable.

We are looking for a Desktop Support Analyst to join our Service Delivery team, providing a 7 am‑7 pm technology service.
