Key responsibilities include: Collaborating effectively with Customer Operations, Origination, Finance, and Risk teams to implement system, process, and technology improvements. Applying knowledge of Customer Operations to impact policyholders positively. Delivering strong business outcomes related to capital, profitability, brand, and market reputation, ensuring positive results for policyholders, shareholders, and reinsurers. Specific accountabilities for the Reinsurance Data Analyst role: Building strong relationships with reinsurance counterparties and ensuring excellent service delivery. Managing accurate settlement reporting, data updates, collateral calculations, and data verification within contractual deadlines. Supporting the integration and development of our administration platform (LISA). Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders. Documenting team processes and identifying operational efficiencies. Engaging in risk management activities and reporting incidents. Supporting MI provision through accurate data and statistics. Owning personal learning and development in technical and non-technical skills.
