Aladdin IT Investment Support Analyst
We are seeking an Aladdin IT Investment Support Analyst to collaborate with Investment and IT teams to secure their buy-in and implement improvements to systems, processes, and technology, as appropriate. To apply knowledge and insights concerning the Aladdin platform as well as its investment focused data feeds.
- Collaborate with Investments teams, all IT departments to support investment applications
- Conduct thorough analysis of all incidents, changes and requests related to Aladdin Platform and the data feeds that linked to the application.
Role purpose: We are seeking an Aladdin IT Investment Support Analyst to collaborate with Investment and IT teams to secure their buy-in and implement improvements to systems, processes, and technology, as appropriate. To apply knowledge and insights concerning the Aladdin platform as well as its investment focused data feeds.
Key duties:
- Collaborate with Investments teams, all IT departments to support investment applications
- Conduct thorough analysis of all incidents, changes and requests related to Aladdin Platform and the data feeds that linked to the application.
Requirements
Key skills:
Experience in the Finance sector, (E.g. banking, asset management, insurance or hedge fund) with the majority in an investment environment.
Technical:
- Advanced knowledge of Aladdin Platform
- Good technical knowledge of Investment applications
- Familiar with trading data feeds and providers, such as Swift or DTCC
- Ideally with knowledge of Murex
Personal:
- Strong organisational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to persuade and influence both directly and indirectly
- Ability to organise work to meet deadlines
- Ability to work within defined procedures as recommended by functional teams
- Commercial judgement
