Pensans School, in partnership with Truro and Penwith Academy Trust, is seeking a dynamic Nursery Room Leader (Pre-School) to lead safe, high-quality early years provision. You will support staff, foster an inclusive environment, and develop children’s physical, emotional, social and intellectual growth in line with EYFS.
The successful candidate will hold a DfE-recognised Level 3 in Early Years Education and have experience with SEND, observations, and referrals.
