Penrosehealth is seeking a Medical Reports Team Lead to join our GP Assistants unit on a fixed-term full-time basis.

You will lead the medical reporting function, oversee a portfolio of reports and coordinate workload to meet deadlines.

Working closely with clinicians and external organisations, you will drive process improvement and ensure accurate, timely documentation while supporting and developing colleagues.
