Penrose Health is seeking an experienced Senior Call Handler to join our patient triage function at our London Bridge office. You will lead patient contacts by telephone and email from first contact through to resolution, making sound triage decisions and directing patients to the right service while maintaining accurate records.
You will work autonomously, handling high volumes with clinical-safety judgement, and escalate only when warranted.
