As a Salaried GP with us, you’ll deliver high‑quality, patient‑centred care while working alongside an exceptional multidisciplinary team including Nurses, Paramedics, Pharmacists, Mental Health Specialists and Clinical Admin Specialists.

Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, evidence‑based clinical care including acute, chronic, and preventative consultations.
- Work efficiently with the multidisciplinary team to ensure appropriate patient allocation and reduce unnecessary GP workload.
- Use EMIS and associated clinical systems (e. g., TQuest, Pathlinks) to maintain accurate, timely documentation and support clinical decision‑making.
- Participate in duty/on‑call rotas where required, with reduced frequency due to AHP support.
- Provide continuity of care and support complex cases, with particular benefit from mental health colleagues.
- Contribute to improved workflow by minimising unnecessary admin through effective delegation and process optimisation.
- Participate in clinical meetings, MDT discussions, and monthly protected learning time.
- Support training and mentorship activities within the practice, including opportunities to develop as a GP trainer.
- Engage in personal development and appraisal processes, with opportunities for progression into leadership roles.
