As a Salaried GP with us, you’ll deliver high‑quality, patient‑centred care while working alongside an exceptional multidisciplinary team including Nurses, Paramedics, Pharmacists, Mental Health Specialists and Clinical Admin Specialists.

You’ll bring your GMC‑registered clinical expertise, strong communication skills and confidence with EMIS, TQuest and Pathlinks to provide safe, effective consultations – all within an environment designed to genuinely support your wellbeing.

Thanks to our AHP team, you’ll enjoy minimal on‑call work, fewer home visits, reduced minor‑illness slots, lower repeat‑prescription demand and dramatically less admin.

With the backing of dedicated Lead GPs, group Clinical Leads and robust back‑office support, you’ll thrive in a practice that feels like a family.

Add in protected learning time, wellbeing activities and social events and you’ll find a role that lets you deliver outstanding care – without sacrificing balance, enjoyment or professional growth.

Working across our family of six practices, you’ll have the opportunity to provide flexible clinical cover where needed, contributing to a truly collaborative approach to patient care.

We are committed to supporting your work‑life balance, so your week will be planned well in advance, giving you the certainty and flexibility to organise your time while enjoying the variety and broader clinical experience that comes from working across our network.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver safe, evidence‑based clinical care including acute, chronic, and preventative consultations.
  • Work efficiently with the multidisciplinary team to ensure appropriate patient allocation and reduce unnecessary GP workload.
  • Use EMIS and associated clinical systems (e. g., TQuest, Pathlinks) to maintain accurate, timely documentation and support clinical decision‑making.
  • Participate in duty/on‑call rotas where required, with reduced frequency due to AHP support.
  • Provide continuity of care and support complex cases, with particular benefit from mental health colleagues.
  • Contribute to improved workflow by minimising unnecessary admin through effective delegation and process optimisation.
  • Participate in clinical meetings, MDT discussions, and monthly protected learning time.
  • Support training and mentorship activities within the practice, including opportunities to develop as a GP trainer.
  • Engage in personal development and appraisal processes, with opportunities for progression into leadership roles.
  • Uphold the organisation’s values, fostering a supportive, collaborative, and inclusive culture.
