This role provides the opportunity to support patients from initial presentation through to resolution. You will contribute to a wide range of clinical activities, including remote and face-to-face consultations, home visits, vaccinations, and clinical support to GP colleagues. Key Responsibilities
- Providing second-line clinical triage for same-day patient presentations
- Conducting face-to-face, telephone, and digital consultations
- Assessing, diagnosing, and managing a variety of acute health conditions
- Carrying out home visits where required
- Supporting vaccination and preventative healthcare programmes
- Working closely with GPs, Nurses, and other healthcare professionals
