Key Responsibilities
- Managing prescription workflows - keeping everything safe, smooth, and on time.
- Monitoring medications - including blood tests and drug levels for patient safety.
- Handling prescription queries - solving problems and keeping communication clear.
- Liaising with pharmacies and hospitals - making sure everyone's on the same page.
- Processing clinical letters - turning paperwork into action.
- Supporting audits & medicines optimisation - helping reduce waste and improve care.
- Contributing to cost-effective prescribing - because smart choices matter.
