Key Responsibilities

  • Managing prescription workflows - keeping everything safe, smooth, and on time.
  • Monitoring medications - including blood tests and drug levels for patient safety.
  • Handling prescription queries - solving problems and keeping communication clear.
  • Liaising with pharmacies and hospitals - making sure everyone's on the same page.
  • Processing clinical letters - turning paperwork into action.
  • Supporting audits & medicines optimisation - helping reduce waste and improve care.
  • Contributing to cost-effective prescribing - because smart choices matter.
  • Managing stock of emergency drugs - ensuring the right meds are always available.
