Location: South East London Sites

Compensation: £30,000 - £33,000 / year

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and administering learning and development activity end to end
  • Managing training bookings, records, and compliance tracking
  • Delivering induction and internal training sessions
  • Facilitating learning for mixed-ability and mixed-seniority groups
  • Supporting managers with practical development and coaching
  • Turning development needs into clear, deliverable learning activity

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous experience working in a learning and development or training role
  • Organised, detail-focused, and comfortable owning learning delivery
  • Confident delivering training and working with varied audiences
  • Bring a commercial, practical mindset to L&D
  • Enjoy improving how learning is delivered, not just maintaining processes
