Responsibilities
- We’re looking for a Learning & Development Advisor with prior L&D experience who enjoys running learning activity end to end and delivering training that works in practice.
- This role has a strong administrative backbone, alongside hands-on training delivery and development support.
- You’ll be expected to already understand how learning and development operates day to day, and to work confidently with stakeholders from entry-level staff to highly experienced professionals.
- Experience in healthcare is welcome, but we’re particularly interested in candidates who bring commercial experience and fresh thinking from outside the healthcare sector.
- Coordinating and administering learning and development activity end to end.
- Managing training bookings, records, and compliance tracking.
- Delivering induction and internal training sessions.
- Facilitating learning for mixed-ability and mixed-seniority groups.
- Supporting managers with practical development and coaching.
- Turning development needs into clear, deliverable learning activity.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience working in a learning and development or training role.
- Organised, detail-focused, and comfortable owning learning delivery.
- Confident delivering training and working with varied audiences.
- Bring a commercial, practical mindset to L&D.
- Enjoy improving how learning is delivered, not just maintaining processes.
