Job Title: Customer Services Maintenance Technician
Hours: Full time & Part time available
Location: Penrith
Reports to: Customer Services Manager
What is the role?
Customer Services maintenance technician role will provide a variety of high-quality remedial and maintenance works for customers in their new homes, providing a high standard of customer experience.
Principal Duties
- As part of our Customer Services Team, you will be responsible to Manage and prioritise workloads in order to complete high-quality remedial works in a timely manner and in accordance with set SLAβs
- Visiting Customers at home to undertake a range of remedial work (which can include carpentry, decorating, plastering)
- Carry out planned maintenance and repair improvements to occupied properties
- Diagnose and repair faults
- Maintain the cleanliness of working areas
- Work safely, ensuring safety and well-being of yourself, customers and colleagues
- A keen eye for detail and finish will be vital.
Requirements
- Must be an experienced, competent person and confident communicator, have a positive outlook, be conscientious and enjoy problem solving
- Ability to be competent in all aspects of homeowner maintenance, including maintenance of machines and tools
- Painting and Joinery experience is required
- Be self-motivated and able to work from own initiative
- Excellent communication skills, able to liaise with people on a personal level
- Must hold a full Driving Licence, valid to drive in the UK
- Must hold a relevant CSCS card.
