We are seeking a dedicated Pastoral Manager to build trusted relationships and provide consistent guidance. You will play a vital role in promoting student wellbeing, positive behaviour, attendance at school and grow their personal development. This will all be done through a calm, caring approach and you will help pupils overcome barriers to learning and engagement. 37 hours per week, term time plus 5 additional days, permanent contract.
