Penrice Academy in Cornwall is seeking a proactive Behaviour Lead to support students and improve behaviour and engagement. You will work with school leaders, teachers and the behaviour team to promote positive relationships, high expectations and a calm, purposeful learning environment.
You will help implement the school’s behaviour policy, work directly with students and parents, identify patterns to inform interventions, and support the Reset Room so every pupil can thrive.
