We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic salaried GP for 4-6 sessions per week to join our supportive and forward-thinking training practice. We place strong emphasis on teamwork, clinical quality and maintaining a sustainable workload. Main duties of the job
- Provide high-quality clinical care to patients across all ages and clinical needs.
- Conduct consultations (face-to-face, telephone and, where agreed, video or online).
- Manage acute and chronic conditions, including long-term condition reviews and preventive care.
- Offer management of common presentations, women's health, children's health, vaccinations, and clinical procedures as appropriate.
- Contribute to practice QOF performance, clinical audits, clinical governance and quality improvement activities.
Training responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team (nurses, healthcare assistants, pharmacists, PCN colleagues) and engage with enhanced access services.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in line with practice policies.

Essential Qualifications
- MRCGP CCT (or equivalent JCPTGP).
- Full GMC registration with licence to practise.
- Inclusion on the NHS Performers List.
- DBS clearance.
- Experience working in UK primary care.
- Understanding of the GMS contract.
- Experience in QOF and clinical audit.
- Commitment to CPD.
- Excellent clinical knowledge and diagnostic skills.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Effective time management.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
