Penpergwm House Limited is seeking a Cook Leader to combine hands-on cooking, team leadership, and operational oversight.

You will support the Catering Manager to deliver high-quality food and service while maintaining safety, efficiency and consistency across shifts in a rural setting.

The role requires 24 hours per week with flexible shifts; being a driver is highly preferred due to the rural location.

You will lead a kitchen team, manage stock and ensure excellent client dining experiences.
