As our Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the leadership of Latymer, helping to deliver unforgettable dining experiences while maintaining the exceptional standards for which the restaurant is renowned. Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, you will inspire and develop the team, ensuring every guest receives outstanding service from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be a leader, mentor and ambassador for exceptional hospitality in our Michelin Star restaurant. Our Assistant Restaurant Manager will:
Support the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operation of Latymer and the overall guest experience
Lead and motivate the team during service, ensuring smooth operations and consistently high standards
Build strong relationships with guests, confidently handling enquiries and resolving concerns professionally
Assist with recruiting, training, coaching and developing team members
Oversee reservations, table management and service preparation to maximise guest satisfaction
Maintain exceptional standards of presentation, cleanliness and organisation throughout the restaurant
Support stock management, ordering processes and waste control initiatives
Ensure effective communication between the restaurant, kitchen and wider hotel teams
Uphold food safety, allergen procedures and health and safety standards at all times
Person Specification

Previous experience in a restaurant supervisory or management position, ideally within a high-quality hospitality environment
