Pennygate Development Ltd are looking for an experienced Site Carpenter / Joiner to join our growing residential construction team on a full-time PAYE basis.
We are a Leeds-based company working across West Yorkshire on residential development and refurbishment projects. We are looking for a reliable, skilled carpenter who can work to a high standard and operate confidently on site with minimal supervision.
- Full-time PAYE position
- Immediate start available
- Company van provided
- Overtime available
- Monday to Friday
- £19 – £21 per hour depending on experience
- Weekly pay

Responsibilities include:
- First fix carpentry
- Second fix carpentry
- Fire doors
- General residential site carpentry
- Roofing work
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a site carpenter/joiner
- NVQ in Carpentry & Joinery (preferred)
- Valid CSCS card
- Full UK driving licence
