This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Milton for a Technical Coordinator. The responsibilities include operating responsibilities for all stages of the design process including statutory approvals. You will also optimise the scope and requirements of the project, providing cost-effective and technically accurate design solutions to maximise return on investment.
You will have a proven track record within a design environment with a B.I.A.T./Degree or similar. A sound knowledge of building regulations, warranty providers and SAPS is essential.

- Excellent Communication skills to liaise effectively between teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Customer Service to address and resolve inquiries and maintain client satisfaction
- Demonstrated Project Management experience with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and priorities effectively
- Attention to detail and organisational capabilities
- Comfortable working under pressure with competing demands
- Knowledge of regulatory standards in the construction and housing industry including terminology
- Relevant educational background or certifications in construction, engineering, or a related field is preferred
