We are looking for an experienced, super-organised Personal Assistant who can support our Managing Director by balancing multiple demands and projects and deliver an accurate and timely administrative service.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Diary management
- Arranging both internal and external meetings
- Travel arrangements where necessary
- Being first point of contact screening all enquiries, delegating, referring or responding on behalf of the Managing Director
- Producing all documentation including reports, minutes and presentations
- Coordinating accurate and timely management reporting including tracking actionable items to ensure completion
- Providing some private/personal support as required
You will work closely with the PA to the Board providing guidance and support to the Company's administrative team, plus the implementation of processes and procedures at a Company level.
What you will need:
- Previous experience of working at PA level
- The ability to prioritise your workload effectively and efficiently, completing high volumes of workload as and when demand requires is essential
- High degree of confidentiality, discretion and diplomacy
- Resourcefulness in dealing with competing deadlines and priorities
- A highly organised calm, professional, and flexible attitude reflecting a proactive not reactive attitude to the role
- Proven strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with various stakeholders
- Demonstrate high-quality work using MS Office
- Minute taking and audio transcription
- Have an excellent eye for detail, in both aesthetics and consistency
- Excellent literacy and proof-reading skills

- Ideally working Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm, however consideration will be given to working core hours of 9.00am to 3pm
