The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
With the start of a new year and a number of new exciting projects due to start, we have a great opportunity for two experienced Quantity Surveyors to join our commercial team. Your key areas of responsibility and accountability are managing the financial aspects of our construction projects during the pre-construction and construction phase, and in liaison with the customer care team post-completion defects and associated costs.
Working collaboratively across all departments, you will check contract documentation, appoint subcontractors and identify staffing levels. If you have a background working on large scale residential development sites and a proven track record in delivering the financial aspects of those projects we would love to hear from you.
- HNC or equivalent in surveying or construction
- BSc in Quantity Surveying (desirable)
- Great project management skills
- Commercial acumen
- Experience of using construction database software and Microsoft Office
Working Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm
