- Mit dem Abiprogramm wirst du innerhalb von ca. 3 Jahren auf eine Führungsposition bei PENNY vorbereitet – und das ganz ohne Studium.
- Du absolvierst nach deiner erfolgreichen Ausbildung eine Weiterbildung zum Handelsfachwirt (m/w/d), um anschließend als Marktleitung einzusteigen.
- Du steuerst den Warenfluss im Markt sowie die Warenlagerung und -kontrolle.
- Du betreust unsere Kundschaft im Markt und stehst ihr tatkräftig zur Seite.
- Du arbeitest in einem starken Team und machst erste Erfahrungen in der Mitarbeitendenführung.

- Du hast dein Abitur oder die fachgebundene Hochschulreife in der Fachrichtung Wirtschaft abgeschlossen.
- Du zeichnest dich durch ein sicheres und selbstbewusstes Auftreten aus und besitzt eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit.
